Client works in Mozilla and only sometimes in Chrome

Hey,

my client works in Mozilla great but only sometimes in Chrome.
Some user can connect with chrome and a lot of other users can't do that.
I the network consol and get no errors, the URLs in the Client and external_variables are all okay.

The Emu get the connection but for the user it stocks at 100%

please help me
