Its RevCMS obv, and I think that is a problem with your skin. Try changing it to something else.

What skin is that?

So the loading thingy pops up, and then it redirects to the disconnected page?

If so, its an SWF Problem.
Check your config.php whether your links are correct, and check external_variables.txt

Also, make sure your Webbuild is 63_1dc60c6d6ea6e089c6893ab4e0541ee0/1458

Just replace Phoenix 3.7.1 with 3.11.0. Works the same way.
