Commands not working..

Im using Holograph Emulator: HoloRP 2.0, i got given it by a friend because he was no longer using it.

When i rank a user in database, rank 8 for example, when the user enters the client, he can see the staff navigation, the mod tool and the eXpert tool, but he cant use commands.

I asked a friend why and he said 'oh, they need to be ranked in ht polls'

Apparently, thats been implemented to stop users from ranking themselves. I cant find this anywhere in my database, either its missing and needs to be added, or im blind.

Can anyone help me? Please!

Have you done Rank_permissions? or tryed ranking another account?
