Configuring MySQL For Phoenix 3.9

Hey all,

I have been having some lag issues. I followed a video for Phoenix on how to optimize my database. I did that. I also used the instance configuration to try and let MySQL use as much ram as possible. Whenever somebody logs into the server or even sometimes when changing rooms the CPU still is being eaten up. My database hovers around 750 MB. I have a 2 GB dedicated so I would like to use atleast a GB. As more users get on will that amount of ram be eaten up? If I have 50 users on, will more ram be used than if just 25 users are on?

So yeah I just need help configuring my my.ini file. I can pay if necessary! Really needing some help on this one.
