Can't be done efficiently, you're going to have to restart.

All it does is just to swap some table names around (that's just users table) if you want to convert the subscription data, user information of their register and last time online then you need to start fresh.

I have seen alot of hotels that uses their old users table, so it should work to convert idk.

Id recommend just resetting, it helps to start clean!

For the password issue just change the encryption in your CMS so it matches whatever encryption you currently use in your users table.
