Creating CMS

Heyy guys,

This might be in the wrong section but i'm wanting to create my own Habbo cms, but where is the best place to start, like is there any great websites you guys used?

or is there just any good advice that you could give..

A new CMS from scratch? There's a whole lot of things you need to learn.
HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, JS - possibly more.

Try creating a basic website first but checking out video or text tutorials. Once you've learned to create a basic website, you can move on from there.
