Current best Emu and CMS?

So I've been away for a number of years, and a few days ago I decided to have a browse over an old hobby I used to partake in.
It's nice to see how far this little community has come as well as the ridiculous number of updates that habbo has undergone.

My question is, what is the current best Emu and CMS?
Im looking to start building and developing again and looking for a fairly stable base on which to build on so getting hold of the current best is my best option.

I have had a browse but I cant find much in terms of what I need since theres conflicting views on many of the posts.
Obviously an Emu and CMS with a vast catalogue and also all the swf's and other necessary files. Also need to know what version of the software ill need to edit it. Currently running widows 10 but i know a few people had issues with it, 'this app can not run' etc

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Comet Server is the best.

Comet has some minor bugs same as plus emu so there both as good, if you aint got a lot of knowledge about "habbo" itself then i would recommend plus emu as comet isn't exactly noob friendly.

I'm gonna have to say Plus, Yeah comet is a good emu but all round I'd really have to say plus.
