I had made the same problem thinking that cloudflare was not protecting it all. The reason why it still shows up his or her ip is because the owner sucks at his/her Cloudflare setting up.

Anyway just use Ddos proxy, that is pretty nice and good.

Tested a view of these proxy services, the trials were able to stop a big load of my packets, the total packets sending: 7.1K a second. Most websites and servers go like im going down down down down! So I would say: BUY it! Fuuu @ cloudflare.

What do you excpect? But i can probably give you a 1 month trial if you will be using it for your retro/minecraft/gameserver.

but anyways thank you for all the suggestions , problem is solved , im with izserv, bought a vps there
its actually good the vps is hella fast and the internet too my hotel loads fast.

i recommend izserv (: since it comes with ddos protection
