Duplicate Entry

Setting up a test server on my main computer and after registration, I get this:

Duplicate entry '461' for key 'PRIMARY'

I tried Googling it, but still no answers, anyone know what this is about?

The Username you are using is probably taken, empty the "users" table in the Database.
