I can see in your cms you are using http but in the external variables file you are loading over https, try changing https to http and trying again.

You really dont help yourself do you? In your last post I told you all of this isnt always query based you can simple just go to your server settings table and do it but since you are asking to be spoonfed then here you go..
UPDATE server_settings SET ip_lastforban = '1'
I also said that the issue is likely to be incorrect links which as Johno stated that you clearly have not got it all linked up correctly
