Emulator Exception

Currently using Pheonix 3.11.0 by neto373 but I have edited it quite a bit. Not had this exception till recent:

Anyone know why? as line 83 seems fine and has been fine for a while

Closed by remote is a generic error. It can honestly mean quite a lot of things. Can you post what's on the line? And if it refers to anything else what those refers are?
