Error 1130

Hello, I'm trying to connect to my MySQL... create a database and I'm getting this error when I press test connection: Screenshot by Lightshot

At first I thought it was the ports? But they all seem to be fine.
Any help is appreciated.

EDIT: It's sorted. I was putting my own in instead of localhost

You have typed in VPS where the host IP would be.
