ERROR in Emulator please help!

I have a problem. And I can't fix it. So i thought, I'm gona ask it here to all of you.


Wel this is the error wat i get:

Without Proxy I still get this Error. So can one of you tell me what I must do.

Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

Your MySQL server isn't keeping up with your emulator for whatever reason. Check the MySQL logs to see if the MySQL server is staying up or if it's halting at any point for any reason.
