Post the errors. We cannot help you by some screenshots. /facepalm
From what you've posted, to me it seems like you have some furniture in the room that doesn't exist in your furniture table anymore.
If you have furniture in that room, go to the items table and look for what item you think would've caused it. If you are using a fresh database, I have no idea until you post your exception.
