Error, Whilst Trying To Add Customs On R63B

I did the items fix, so that items will save in the rooms, and my inventory if i leave the hotel. Ever since then, i can't manage to add customs. It worked before i did the fix, but the fix is needed so i can't really undo that. I get this error. It's making me use that that id, even though it's set as another. I deleted the furni in that id, but after i try and add something else. It does the same thing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

ALTER TABLE items_base MODIFY COLUMN item_id INT(11);
