Error with localhost?

Hey, RaGEZONE! Im wondering how to fix this issue it says localhost has a redirect loop, i tried to clear my cache, my cookies and everything im using google chrome ;p

here is what it says when i go to http://localhost
Im making a hotel for my developments before i release because im almost done what im currently working on, so if you guys could please help me with this error id appreciate it alot.

it says this:

There is something on the page that loops you back to the same page which results in infinite loops.

Post the page code here and I see whats going on ;)
You're not using phoenixphp do you :S?
