Firewall Problem?!

What happens is that I opened my hotel a few days and some users can not enter it, simply load and falls.
It also happened to me when I was using Phoenix 3.8.1 or newcrypto.
I asked them to anonymously enter the browser and resulted until yesterday.

I think it is the firewall but i already turned it off...

You have portforwarded the neccessary ports?

You can go to firewall -> advanced options -> incoming -> create new rule -> port -> port value -> allow from all -> put in random name -> press ok.
