Furniture and room problem with Phoenix

I've seen some threads with problems a little like mine, but I can not understand where is the error.
When I make a room, and put all the furni inside it, if I disconnect the server and reconnect it, all my furni is messed up.
Another thing is: look at the screenshots.

When I put my furni in room:



And when I disconnect from server, or simple log out from habbo:


I've tried changing the decimal with , to . but when I make this, my emu connect then disconnect when client finish the load
Can someone help me?

Which version of Phoenix are you using? It seems like it's not saving the heights properly to me, I'm an amateur coder though.

Well, now I'm using phoenix 3.11.0.

Sorry for double post, but I've noticed one thing.
The real problem is that the stackable furni are disappearing.
To be more clear: the bars aren't going to my stuff, they continue inside the room, but it disappear.

Go to control panel -> Country & Language (or whatever it is called) -> More Settings -> And set the Decimal to a comma ,

Its the way how a double is parsed.
