I am trying to make a habbo retro on Hamachi using RevCMS and Phoenix Emulator. I have tried everything and I keep getting an error. If anyone knows what to do and could help me out that would be awesome! xD Thanks!

Don't use Cracked Phoenix... i swear -.-

The problem is that your PC isn't allowing you to connect to the database. Check your firewall, it could be blocking connections to/from Phoenix Emulator or your MYSQL Server.
