:giveshells / :givepoints command

Hi RaGEZONE,

Could someone please give me a tutorial on how to add a custom command that allows users to give eachother points. For example,

:givepoints TimSWF 2.

This command would take 2 points off the user and give it to TimSWF.

If the user didn't have enough points to give to the other person it would simply say.
"Not enough points" or something along those lines.
