Gold Tree Emulator - Commands?

Can anyone tell me how to code Gold Tree Emulator commands? I have looking at them but i can't get the new commands working and find out how its working?

I have now. Will i need to Bulid the emulator agian after editing the ChatCommandHandler file?

And i got over 200 erros and they not from the command i just maked... ?
