Group Badge don't work

I downloaded a SWF to be able to use in my hotel with AZURE EXTRACTOR, but stayed when I saw that the emblems of groups do not work. Does anyone know correct? Already, my sincere thanks.

Press F12 if you use google chrome and look if it's throwing a 404 for a missing group badge. You might also need to add into your web.config or htaccess rules for the group badges.

Do you have a group badge pack downloaded as well? And setup..

Also Make sure you use PHP version 4 and above.
