Group Badge Files for Arcturus

Hi,

Does anyone have a working copy of Group Badge File that is compatible Arcturus?

It'll be great if it supports PHP7. I have tried a numerous (such as xDR) but the Group Badge isn't rendered properly (missing symbols).

I do know that there is a "Internal Badge Generator" option for Arcturus but my Website and Emulator is hosted on different servers and therefore would like to use the traditional approach on generating Group Badge (on-the-fly).
