GTE Catalogue Problem & LightCMS (IlluminaCMS) client news >:L [DETAILED]

So the GTE catalogue keeps some how allowing VIP and Staff cata for regular users. The minirank had changed in the catalogue and before it wasn't even the rank. Now the VIP catalogue won't stop showing even though I've changed it's rank.

I think something in the catalogue is bugged, I just don't know what!

As for the CMS problemm.... the news that shows in the client used to work like a charm! Now it doesn't really work at all...
