Gte emulator exception error.

Hello there,
I'm needing a bit of help with this exception error I've never came across and I'm needing a fix for this GTE EMULATOR EXCEPTION ERROR.
This is the exception :

Try using a clean database, temporarily at least, to see if we can at least figure out which table(s) are causing it.
