habbo pets palette encoding

hi,
I'm working on some stuff with habbo pets and I'm trying to read the pets palette data extracted from its swf (here it's cat.swf) but here's what I see

(the command line window is the file encoding forced as utf8)



How can I read the palette data properly?

Yeah. That is what happens when moderators unsticky content that is actually used by many.
