Habbo R63 Portforwarding

Hello people of Ragezone.
I have been trying to portforward my R63 habbo retro for a long time now but I have never actually been able to do it.
I know how to portforward a minecraft server but for habbo it is hard to understand because don't you need to change the IP's in external_variables.txt to the portforwarded IP instead of the Hamachi IPv4?

Well I will give credit and maybe donate PayPal money to whoever can actually tell me in full detail. I will check if it works aswell.
I don't have a static IP address setup either... I need that setup before I can portforward. I need someone that knows how to setup a static IP and knows how to portforward an R63 habbo retro.
I currently use XAMPP (Apache and MySQL Hamachi and a Phoenix Emulator to run my hotel. So yeah my FTP thing is localhost/phpmyadmin (Obviously)
So someone help me setup a static IP and portforwarding my R63 retro.
I have a Thomson TG782T router. I know the basics of portforwarding but a full detailed answer would be helpful. Like I said, I will pay someone through PayPal! That damn desperate!!!!

Is it just a hotel for you and your friends or do you want to go public? If it is the last then I suggest you getting a Windows VPS and host your hotel on that. Xampp has security issues and if you go public on your localcomputer to the public you will notice people will try to take you down.

Also having a dynamic ip adress is not really helpfull. You have to change settings everytime your IP changes. Thats another reason I suggest you getting a server.

@HillBilly I want my hotel to be public. I am planning on getting a windows VPS once I am ready but I am going to start off home hosted (using XAMPP) But I can't use Hamachi all the time because people just don't want to download it and it would be better if it was public... I know XAMPP has security issues but thats okay because I haven't done anything big and I doubt I would get loads of players... I just want to setup my static IP and portforward my hotel...
