[HC Features] Rooms models, furni/chooser, bubble chat?

Heyyy! :)
I search how to enable this features on PlusEMU: All room models, furni and chooser commands & all bubble colour chat.
My subs works (all users have automatic 5 years HC in the client) but the HC commands don't work and we only have the basic rooms models and bubble chat.
It is not in the variables, i have try the same vars of another hotel with all bubble colours etc and i don't see it..

Database, go to room_models and set it for all users.

it's already for all users (club_only = 0) for all models. The issue is in the fuserights i think..

Issue solved.
We use another build (not the same of the releases here), it was only the packets.
