Help CMD >IP Retro

Hey,
I use the word server the last few times gedownt door People ... I use now CloudFlare. But without success .. But, I 've found SO THEY IP Can Get through : CMD > netstat -n and then they see the IP as they are in the hotel .. How can I get this way ?! And what can I do more to stop the DDoS ?

If you are using cloudflare already I would advise you get a new IP address and before adding it to your hotel buy a TCP proxy, you will then put the TCP proxy in your client.php instead of your VPS ip address.
