[Help] Decompiling An Emulator [Help]

Ok, well hopefully i'll find someone here that can help me with this issue. Long story short, I got scammed some cash for an Emulator i paid for. They turned off the licence and now i'm left with basically nothing unless this Emulator can be opened, i'll post two screen shots below so you can see how it looks.

If you know how to fix this issue please post on this Thread or PM me for the download to the Emulator so you can decompile it.

Also, i have tried some stuff and it didn't work so instead of suggesting ideas to me only post if you know how to fix the issue yourself.
