Good afternoon, this post is made in order to ask for opinions on which emulators are the most stable at the moment, I have seen some arcturus but it seems strange to configure, I currently use PlusEMU, but it has too many bugs, if there is a more recent release This one with fewer bugs would be much better, since the cms is its own and I have to adapt it to each emulator with their respective swf, thank you very much. 
If you know where I can download arcturus emu with its db and swf, I would appreciate it if you could leave me the link, since the ones I have downloaded are very rare, thank you very much.
