You have to set up a MySQL server and put the data in the config file, if the mysql server is on another server, make sure the IP is allowed to connect

I did? Everything is in my config file, and it's set.

It is clearly not connecting. Do you use MySQL on the emulator server or another? If it's on the same use localhost
