[Help] How do you ban someone who is offline?

Hi guys,

Sorry if this is the wrong section, feel free to move if needed.

Was just wondering how do you ban someone who is offline? I've tried the commands but they come up as 'User not found'. When there is clearly a user to ban. Is there a way to ban offline?
Using phoenix 3.11

Go to your bans table and manually do it, go to the last ban right click on it , duplicate row, change the ban number to the next number and manually write in the ban. When you are done make sure you do :update_bans on the hotel.
