Help listing things to fix on phoenix/gte

So i am about to make a hotel that uses phoenix or gte and i need help listing all things that i need to fix. I already know the most common exploits and will/have fixed them before, but this time i will be fixing also some minor things that have an impact on gameplay, such as the inventory lag when you have too many items

Thread is not about you commenting and telling me to use plus/comet/arcturus, it is about listing missing, broken or exploitable things on phoenix and/or gte.
