Most likely you've set a URL somewhere in your source, that is now forbidden to be reached.

Search the source for any URL's. Most likely it'll be the figuredata one in Extrasettings.cs (inside the core folder).

Have you changed the figuredata link in extra_settings in Mercury directory there you start your emulator?
