[HELP] Music in a command.

Hey there!

Does somebody now how I can add music to a selfmade command in C#?
I use phoenix and I make alot of commands and features to it but I don't know how the sounds are working in the hotel? Like when somebody gives you a message en you hear a chat sound in the client.

Does this go in the swf? How does that work?
