[Help] Phoenix pets don't work

At my Phoenix 3.11.0 hotel, I found out that my pets isn't working. When I'm click on on an anima lcategory, I get reloaded. I'm using Phoenix 3.11.0 edited by Burak.

Error: 11/1/2013 2:42:35 PM: Error: System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.

You're missing some stuff. Are you sure they are configured correctly in your database?

Well, I have the same prob. Silly but true... It started after I had to change to another version of Phoenix 3.11 because, all of a sudden, the previous one had crashed. For any odd reason, people could not get into the client anymore. So we fixed that, but... Since then members get disconnected when trying to buy pets. So, it's not because there is anything missing because they always worked fine before with any other version of Phoenix. If there's anybody out there with any ideas, it would help a lot of people, I guess.

SOLVED!!!

It's the emu that was bad. We changed to another one.
Here he is : devlish
He's working perfecty and even has some more commands.
Most important... Pets are working again.
