[HELP] PLEASE! Client help

using phoenix 3.7.1 and revcms

when i click "play now" it should open the voiting app then after you vote you can go onto client right? well this is what it says

Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in C:\xampp\htdocs\thehabbos_api\class.validate.php on line 33

i think it has something to do with thehabbos.org redirecting to retrolist.com

so what do i do to fix this?
