You probably configured your swf's wrong. Can you post the config of your SWFs for the client and your external_variables?

That's strange, because it has nothing to do with the actual client. Can you post line 48 of your class.engine.php?

There's only two things I can think of, try to change it to:

or

Or a combination of those.
