[HELP] revCMS error, Strange

Check out http://74.75.75.210/cms and try registering. The registering works, but if you try to go to the http://74.75.75.210/cms/club page or any page like that, I get the following PHP error.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 65488 bytes) in C:\xampp\htdocs\cms\app\tpl\class.html.php on line 27 

I have uped the limit now to 512mb and I still get this error. The strange part, and correct me if I am wrong, is that the limit it "536,870,912 bytes" and a process of "65,488 bytes" is too much? Plus, I have my rank set to "7" and the housekeeping link isn't anywhere, and if I try to go to http://74.75.75.210/cms/housekeeping I get the same PHP error. I think we should go back to OldSkool :)
