[HELP] Setting up R63 or R63B

I need help setting up either one, I quit retros awhile back and now I am getting back into them. I kept trying nothing ever worked so I need some help. I purchased a VPS. So I am basically set to go, if you can help me please PM me and we can go from there. We will discuss payment and/or other options.
