    angry [HELP] [SWIFT EMU ] Ports are in use?

    When trying to run Swift EMU i get this error (Screenshot by Lightshot) , I'm 100% sure that there are no programs running that port?

    I even took a screenshot of my desktop to show you that there are no programs running that port etc. (http://i.imgur.com/uSDK7kc.png)

    Can you go to cmd and type netstat -a? It will probably show you the little fucker that's running on your port. ;p

    30000 and 30001 isnt on the cmd.
