Help with register page

Hello I would like to know how to fix the submit button to look like the normal one also how would you fix the tos check box I can register with out even clicking the tick box any help would be grateful thanks ragezone buddys

The button on click posts /submit, you will need to create the file submit.php within your folder & code with JSON
