    Help with TCP proxy

Hey RZ I have come here in a desperate attempt to look for help in setting up a Tcp proxy to a retro. I was pretty sure I did it correctly. The http proxy works perfect but for some reason the Tcp proxy is giving me issues. I set it up the way I thought would be correct and the emu gets connections, but for some reason the connections the emu gets when I go on the client is the Tcp proxy IP. Now idk about you guys but i'm pretty positive that's not supposed to happen. Can someone help please?

Correct me if i'm wrong, but that is supposed to happen. The EMU is receiving connections from your Proxy IP because thats filtering the IP's that enter your hotel. Since the connection host name is probably your proxy IP then thats what the EMU is connecting to.

But it doesn't accept more than one connection from that IP though, therefore when someone logs in, another is logged out. It also treats every user as another user. If I were to IP ban someone, it wouldn't work. This isn't correct I believe, it certainly doesn't seem that way.

If you use a Proxy when searching the web, your IP address appears to be the Proxy's IP address.
This is the same. Your users are sending the information to the proxy, then the proxy sends it to your server.

It's right and there's nothing you can do about it.
Unless the user actually sends their real IP address to the proxy as well and then there's some method for your server to see it. I highly doubt so.
