I have a server there as well but i'm switching to OVH, too much lag when we only got 50-100 players online.

OVH reseller, might as well get your server from the source.
Nothing wrong with resellers, or do your super markets make anything you buy or are they resellers too ?

Everyone have to sleep, you know? Your not the only one having server issues in xHosts.
Exactly which makes it a bad company. Customers should be #1.

In under 40 days has made 13 tickets about things "not working" which when we have checked his server 99% of the time it has been things such as he has firewall blocked the proxy ip address which I do not really have much control over, we will take the time to unblock the IP addresses on his vps (not hosted with xhosts)
If a customer keeps making firewall changes on a server that is not hosted with us and blocks connections from our proxy servers we cannot really be held responsible for that causing downtime. We host other people on the same proxy and they have not reported a moments issue.
