Housekeeping | IIS

Hello I am running my retro on IIS and I can't get the housekeeping working? I have the /hk/ but can't navigate to myurl/hk/login.php

I've checked the web.config and it's all in there. How shall I fix this?

Still not working, this is my web.config

Not sure what HK this is. It was implemented in the style. Other is REVCMS.
