Housekeeping issue?

So i'm using a heavily edited Mango based CMS (edited by myself and the hotel owner) However i'm struggling to get the housekeeping to fully function some functions work fine others don't work at all and then some seem to work but when you click on the page you get redirected back to the dashboard, my particular HK is built into the CMS theme and the .htaccess has been modified to accompany this however I still receive many many errors and bugs such as the HK editing files not being found etc screenshots are displayed below

and these are just highlighting small problems as I dig further it gets worse and worse sadly, I may end up removing the files all together and using the in client tools or use the database hosting system
