How do I add new effects to a Habbo Retro [Phoenix]

I want to add these new airplane effects. I've seen that the ID's are 175/176. For red and blue airplane effect.

I downloaded the release and im not sure if this is correct, but i replaced the hh_human_fx.swf and hh_human_50_fx.swf with the existing ones.

I cleared cache and reloaded the hotel and tried enabling, however didnt work.

Can anyone help me please
