How do i make my r63 retro public? [Help]

Hi again, i want to make a public retro now, before i used hamachi and me and my friends could join, now when i changed IP from my hamachi IP to my IP they cant connect, neither can i. Here Are some piccs:

You portfoward port 80 , 30000 , 30001 . Then you tell your friend to go to your ip which can be found at whatismyip.com.

Could be your DoS protection. blocking port 80.

Turn off Windows Firewall, use IIS instead of XAMPP btw, and here are the settings for portforwarding:

Opening Port: 80
Ending Port: 80
Opening Port: 30000
Ending Port: 30000
Opening Port: 30001
Ending Port: 30001
