How do i open project?

Hi!

I recently started working on a Mac and everything is just great but now i want to run Grizzly (PHX) - JAVA Emulator.
I downloaded the already compiled version by Tha or something and it worked except that it looked for an licence server.

Now i wonder how i can run the source?
What Application do i need?

I have: Java 7, Netbeans, Eclipse & Mono

Not only what program do i need but HOW do i run it?
I got one java emulator source to run trough Eclipse but when trying with Grizzly it says (cant find project)
I selected the root of the grizzly folder but it says no project found!
